Identify the page, exact sentence, source owner and publication date. Government and regulator records receive priority.
Af-Soomaali feedback
Flag an unnatural term, regional ambiguity or English phrase that should be translated. Include the preferred Somali wording.
Payment-safety evidence
Send a redacted description of an EVC Plus, Zaad, Sahal or eDahab issue. Never expose a PIN or one-time code.
Research or media
State the topic, deadline and whether comments will be on the record. We distinguish documented facts from editorial inference.
What a useful correction contains
- the BetSomali page address and the wording being challenged;
- the full source address, issuing body and publication date;
- the date you observed a changed payment or account condition;
- redacted evidence with names, wallet numbers, balances and transaction references covered.
For a legal-status correction, explain whether the source addresses gambling generally, a named service, licensing or a specific enforcement action. We will not turn one category into a broader claim without supporting text.
Account and wallet problems
BetSomali cannot enter an account, release a balance, reverse a bet or recover a wallet transfer. For an unauthorised wallet transaction, contact the payment provider through its verified channel. For an operator dispute, preserve the request identifier, KYC state, transaction timeline and written support replies.
